Her at extortion, we have a desire to make something beautiful with simplicity. Because of this, we do not have a roll system set in place for battles. This is to be roleplayed out between two members or a member and a staff member. Remember to take in consideration your pokemon's strength, level, ability, and defense into account while roleplaying the fight out. Once all of your or your opponents pokemon have feinted, the battle is over. Make sure to go to the POINTS CLAIM thread to claim your money. You do NOT take money from another member, the admin will give you the money for winning.Things to consider

- Abilities that have to do with weather still work, such as sandstorm. Make sure to keep your pokemon's ability within the thread that you are using. Abilities such as Rain dish, also are kept up, and should be maintained within the thread to the trainers discretion.
- Status effects such as Burn, and Poison still hurt every turn. Status effects such as Paralyze , sleep, and freeze still work, and should be watched. a Paralyzed pokemon will not dodge any moves, and will not always hit its opponents. Sleeping turns should be kept in consideration as well.
- You may use two moves per turn, and only one dodge per battle. That dodge can be used for anything.
- One restorative item, berry, or otherwise can be used per battle. That means if abra falls asleep, then you can not revive snorlax if you wake abra up.
- Type advantages, and stab still work! A pichu using thundershock will do more damage than a squirtle using tackle.
- No GM or PP, we will keep and eye out for this. Don't say that your character fried a different characters pokemon, say "it threw flames, hoping to catch it on fire" or something more ambiguous. This leaves room for the other members to actually participate in the fun.
Leveling Up

- Trainer battles that are 1v1 the pokemon within said battle will gain one level.
- Trainer battles that are MORE than 1v1 the pokemon each get half a level. This means you need more than one of those battles to level up. The exp was split between all of said pokemon.
- Wild pokemon battles will give you a level for every 3 wild pokemon that you encounter. This is WITH or WITHOUT catching a pokemon.
- You get one level for Catching a pokemon.
- Gym Battles you get three levels for beating. You may request a gym battle once an OOC week.
Wild Pokemon Encounters

- Wild pokemon encounters are the only way to catch pokemon unless you are given or buy an egg.
- As soon as you catch a pokemon, the wild pokemon encounteris over and you must request another if you want more.
- You may request on Wild pokemon Encounter per character, three ooc days after your last wild pokemon encounter.
- Wild pokemon have a chance of holding items.
- Chances to Catch a wild pokemon are 100% if you have feinted the pokemon, 70% if it is half health, and 30% if it is at full health. We only use regular pokeballs.
